Paweze Segmented Woods on Rollerball
These segmented woods (Padauk, Wenge, and Zebrawood), are sliced into strips which are bonded together and then cut on an angle. This work is done in the Penchant 4 work shop, so I have dubbed this combination of woods PAWEZE. The rich reddish hue of the Padauk, the deep dark chocolate of the Wenge, and the stripes of the appropriately named Zebrawood are accented with cultured Fire Opal inlaid on two of the Zebrawood bands and in the end of the body.
